.RESOLUTION 0.RDERING WORK 0F CLOSING UP A PORTION
OF INDUSTPdAL WAY IN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRAN-
CISCO.
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of South San Francisco did, on the E0th
day of August, 19£8, pass a resulution declaring its intention to order the following.
street work to be done in said City, to-wit:
That that portion of Ind~strial Way, in said City of South San Francisco, des-
cribed as follows:
A strip of said Industrial way twenty (2~ feet in width-and bordering upon the
easterly boundary line of said Industrial way, be vacated and closed up in whole; and
WKEREAS the Street Superintendent of said City of South San Francisco did there-
upon cause notice of the passage of said resolution to be posted and published in the
manner and form required by law, and by said Resolution of Intention, reference being
hereby made for further particulars to the affidavit of George A. Kneese, said Street
Superintendent' aud to the affidavit o~ A. E. Bramble, which affidavit is now on file
in the said matter in the office of the Clerk of said City Council, and is made ~_~ ~rt
hereof; and
WtIEREA2 the ~,roposed work is for the closing up of the portion of Industrial Way
as hereinbefore described; and
V;~R~2~S said City Council of the City of South San Franc isco has dete~ined, and
hereby determines that no assessment is necessary for the doing of s~,"~d proI~sed work;
and that no da~.~e will result by closing u? said ~ortion of Industrial Way, as herein-
before descr~ibed.
NOW, THEREF'oRE, said City Council hereby orders that the following street work
be done in said City, to -wit:
That that portion of Industrial Way, in said Ci~z of South San Francisco, described
as follows:
A strip of said Industrial ~;~ay twenty (20) feet in wiS. th and bordering upon the
easterly boundary line of said Industrial Y&~y, be vacated sad closed up in whole;
And be it resolved that the portion of the street or avenue hereinb,~fore described
be, and the same hereby is vacated, discontinued, abandoned and closed up.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was re~alarly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, at a regular meeting held this
