TO LAY TWENTY {20) INCH GAS MAIN IN SAN BRUNO ROAD AND OTHER STREETS
IN THE CITY 0F SOUTH 3AN ]~RANCISC0.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San ~ranoisoe
that the application of Pacific Gas and Electric Company, dated February 18, 1929, for per-
mission to construct, maintain~and operate a twenty inch high pressure gas main in, along and
across the streets of the City of South San Francisco in said application desigauted, be, and
~the same hereby is granted upon the express condition that said 2acific Gas and Electric Com-
pany will either make possible the removal of any~gasoline tank, now lying beneath the' surface
of the sidewalk area of San Bruno Road and along the course where said gas main is to be laid
without damage or inSury to any such tank, or reimburse the owner of any such tank for any loss
which he may sustain in removing such tank by reason of the existence of such gas main over
any portion of such gasoline taB~. In granting the permission requested in said application,
it is expressly understood that the construction of said gas main in said San Bruno Road shall be
an acceptance on the part of said Pacific Gas and Electric Company of all the terms of this'
resolution and an agreement on the part of said corporation to be bound thereby.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 18th day
o~f February, 1929, by the following vote:
