Resolved by the City Council of the City 5f South San' Francisco that the
Mayor of said City be, an~ he hereby is authorized and directed, in the name of said
City, to execute a petition requesting the Board of Supervisors t~ institute proceedings
under the Matoon Act for the construction of an outfall sewer to serve a portion of
the City of South San ~rancisco in conmection with the City of San Bruno and Lomita Park.
