WHERF~S the City Council of the City of South San Francisco did,
in open session, on the 6th day of ~,~ay, 1929, publicly open, examine and declare all
sealed proposals or bids for furnishing a Ford Roadster Automobile ~odel ~, 19~9, to
the City of' South San Francisco;
RESOLVED that said City Council hereby rejects all said pro-
posals or bids, except that next hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the con-
tract for furnishing said automobile to said City of South S~n Francisco to Fred J.
Lautze, ~at the p~ice named in his bid, to-wit, Five Hundred and Ninety-~hree and
o/loo ollars
The ~yor of said City and the City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed in the corporate name of the City of South San Francisco, and under its
corporate seal, to enter into an agreemtn with the bidder to whom said contract is
awarded for the purchase of said automobile.
