WHEPM~S the City Council of the City of South San ~rancisco
did, on the 15th~ay of April, 1929, pass its resolution of intention to abate
the nuisance caused by weeds growing upon the streets in said resolution of in-
tention described: ~nd
~THEREAS notices headed "Notices to Destroy Weeds." have
been conspicuously posted in front of all the property in front of which said
weeds are growing, in the manner and form required by law, and more than five
(5) days have elapsed since the completion of the posting of said notices; and
WHEREAS no person has objected or protested against the
proposed removal of said weeds;
.RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco that the Street Superintendent of said City be, and he is hereby ordered
to abate said nuisance by having the weeds referred to in said resolution of
intenti on removed.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regular-
ly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
this 6th day of ~'~ay, 1929, by the following vote:
