in the Superior Court of the State of C~lifornia, in and for the County of San
N~teo, entitled, City of South San ~rancisco, a. Municipal Corporation, plaintiff,
vs. Santa Clara Valley Land Company, .a corporation, and Bank of Italy, a corpora-
rich, defendants, as to all the land described in said judgment, or any part or
parts of said land.
