NO. 66,
Resolved that, Whereas the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco did, on the 24th,day of June, 1929, ~pass its resolution of intention No. 66
to order the street work described in said resolution of intention to be done in
said City, which resolution of intention was duly and regularly published as re-
quired by law, gs appears from the affidavit of A. E, Bramble,~ now on file in
the office of the ~City Clerk of said City; and
WHEREAS notices of the ~passage of said Resolution oS Intention No. 66
headed "Notices of Improvement" 'were duly ~ud leagally posted along the line of
said contemplated work or improvement and in front of all the property liable
to be assessed therefor, and along all' the open streets within the district in
said resolution of intention described, in lorn and manner as required by law;
and
WHEREAS at no time has any person delivered to the City Clerk of said
City or to said City Council a written protest against said work or any part
thereof, or against the extent of the district described in said Resolution of
Intention, or against both said work and said district;
THERE~0RE be it resolved that public interest and convenience require
the street work described in said resolution of intention to be done, and the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco hereby orders said street work
to be done in said City.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to post a notice of said work, to-
gether with plans ...~nd specifications therefor, conspicuously for five 15) days
on or near the Council Chamber Door inviting sealed proposals for doing the
work ordered. He is also directed to publish a notice inviting such proposals
and referring to the specifications posted or on file by two IS) insertions in
"The Enterprise and The South San Francisco Journal", a weekly newspaper pub-
lished and circulated in said City of South San ~rancisco, and hereby designated
for th~ t purPose.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 10th day
Of July, 1929, by the following vote:
