Resolved by ~the City Council of the City of South San ~rancisco
that the Mayor of. said City and the City Clerk bo, and they hereby are
authori~zed ~nd directed, in the name of said City of South San Francisco
and under its corporate seal, to execute a license agreement ' wi th South-
ern Pacific Company for the construction and maintenance of a storm water
sewer and a sanitary sewer across the right of .way of the Bay Shore Branch
of said Southern Pacific Company in the said City of South San Francisco.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly in-
troduced and adopted by~ the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
this 16th day of September, 1929, by the following 'vote:
