said City of South San Francisco hereby accepts t~at certain deed dated
October ~th, 1929, wherein South San FranCisco L~nd and Improvement Company,
a cor. poration organized and existing under the laws'of the State of California,
conveys to s~,id, City of South San Franc~co, all that certain lot or p~rcel
of l~nd situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San ~Iateo, State
of California, and particularly described as follows, to-wit:
