FRANCISCO LAND AND IMPROVEMENT COMPANY.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that said 0ity of South San Francisco hereby accepts that certain deed dated
August 2S, 1929, wherein Sout~ San Francisco X~nd and Improvement Company, a
corporatio~ organized and existing under the laws of the State of California,.
conveys to ~?aid City of South San l~ancisco, all that certain lo5 or parcel of
land situate in the City of South 8an Francisco, County of San M~teo, State of
California, and particularly described as fo~llows, to-wit:
Beginning at a point in the northerly line of Swift Avenue in
the City of So]lth San Francisco, said point being distant South 89° 52' 30" West
69.3B feet and North 00° 07' 30" West 50 feet from a concrete monument m~rking
the first angle point in Swift Avenue East of the Southern Pacific Railroad;
running thence from said point of beginning North 33o 2~' 42" East 246.59 feet; thence
North 56o 37' 1~" West 6 feet; thence South ~3°22' 42" West 250.56 feet to the
northerly line of Swift Avenue; thence along the northerly line of Swift Avenue
North S9o BE' 30" East ?.20 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 0.054 acres.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
