REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACT
FOR CONSULTING SERVICES WITH ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT SYSTEMS FOR RETAIL
RECRUITMENT AND REVITALIZATION PLAN
FOR THE DOWNTOWN SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY of the City of South
San Francisco that:
The Executive Director is hereby authorized to execute a contract with Economic
Development Systems (EDS) to provide a Retail Recruitment and Revitalization Plan for
Downtown South San Francisco. A copy of the contract is on file in the Office of the Clerk
of the Redevelopment Agency.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco at a ce§u] ac
meeting held on the 12th day of dane , 1996 by the following
vote:
AYES: Boardmembers Joseph A. Fernekes, Eugene R. Mullin, John R.
Penna, Robert Yee and Chairman Jack Drago
