AVENUE FR~ ARMOUR AYENUE TO SAN BRUN ROAD.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said
City hereby accepts the conveyance by South San ~rancisco Land and ImprOvement Company
of a right of way to construct and maintain a publiC highway on an over all that cer-
tain tract or parcel or.nd situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San
Mateo, ~tate of California, and particularly described as follows, to-wit:
BEGINNING at a point in the northerly line of Armour Avenue distant there-
on South 560 ~4' 52" East Z~.J5 feet from the intersection of the northerly line of
Armour Avenue snd the centerline of Linden Avenue, as the same is shown on that cer-
tain m~p entitled "South San Francisco Plat No. l", filed for record in Book B of Maps
at page 6 and copied fnto Book 2 of ~aps at p~ge ~2, San ~teo County Records; running
thence from s~id point of beginning along thee ~rc of a curve to the right with a radius
of 249.9 feet and whose central angle is 91~ 16' 48", a distance of J98.12~ feet; thence
South 6~° 22' SO" East a distance of ?Zl.12 feet more or less to the westerly l~no of
San Bruno Road; thence on and along the westerly line of S~n Bruno Road North 40 04'
42" East a distance of 141.61~ feet; thence along the arc of a curve to the right whose
radius equals to 1Z2.6Z feet and a~ central angle equals to 65° Z2' ~0" and whose t~ngent
to its point of beginning bears South ~l~ 04' 40" West ~ distance of l~l.~Z feet; thence
North 6Jo 22' ZO" West a distance of 64~.29 feet; thence on the arc of a curve to the
left whose radius equals Z09.9 feet and whose central angle equals 89° 4Z' a distance
of 485,25? feet to a point in the northerly line of said Armour Avenue; thence
on ahd along the northerly line of Armour Avenue South 56° 54' 5Z" East a dis-
tance of 60.49 feet to the point of beginning.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly in-
