RESOLUTION 0~ERRULING PROTEST.
No. 68.
V~EREAS the City Council of the City of South San Francisco did, on the 18th day
of November., 1929, pass its Resolution of Intention No.68 to order the certain street
work in said Resolution of Intention described to be done,,to which resolution of
intention reference is hereby made for further particulars: and
Vd!EREAS in said Resolution of Intention Monday, the 16th d~y of December, 1929,
~t the hour of 7:30 o'clock p. m. was fixed as the time when any and all persons
having any objections to the s~id proposed work and improve~ents might appear before
said City Council and show cause why said improvements should not be c~rried out in
accordance with szid resolution of intention: and
WHE~S certain owners of property li~bl~ to be assessed for s~id work have made
written protests or objections ~g~.inst s~id proposed work and have delivered the
sa~e to the City Clerk of said City: and
WHEREAS said City Council has duly considered all said protests ~nd objections;
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San ~r~ncisco that all said
protests and objections ~gainst s~id~ proposed work and improve~ents be, ~nd the s~tme
hereby are orerruled ~nd denied.

I hereby certify that the foregoini~ resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South S~n Francisco, this lTth d~y of
Dece~nber, 1929, by the following vote:
