RESOLVED THAT, whereas ~the City Council of the City of ~o~th San Francisco did, on the 18th day of November, 1929, pass its ResolutiSn of Intention No. 88, to order the street work ~escribed in said resolution of intention to be done in said City, which resolution of intention was duly and regularly published as required by law as appears from the affidavit of A. E. Bramble no~ on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City; and ~'~HEREAS notices of the passage of s~id Resolution of Intention No. 68 were duly and legally posted ~long the line of said contemplated work or improvement and in front of all the property liable to be assessed therefor, and along ~ll the open streets within the district in said Resolution of Intention described, in the ~anner and Form required by law, as aP~ears from the af£id~vit of F~nk McAuliffe, now on file in the office of the City Clerk of said Cmty, ~nd ~'~REAS all protests or objections against said work have been duly considered ~ by said City Council and have been by said City Council duly overruled; THEP~FORE'be it resolved that public interest and convenience require the street ~'~ork described in said resolution of intention to be done, and the City Council of said City of South San Fr~ncisco hereby orders s~id street work to be done in said City. The City Clerk is hereby directed to post a notice of said work, together with plans and specifications therefor, on or near the Council Chamber door inviting sealed proposals for doing the work ordered. He is also directed to publish a notice in- viting such ?roposals, and referring to the specifications posted or on £ile, by two ~) insertions in "The Enterprise and The So~uthS~n Francisco Journal", a weekly news- psper published and circulated in s~-~id City of South San Francisco, ~nd hereby des- ignated for that purpose. -,-,-,-,-,-,-,-,-,-,-,-,-,- I hereby certify that the ~oregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San ~r~ncisco, this 17th d~y of Decmmber, 1929, by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen A.
