REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE ExcLuSIVE
NEGOTIATING RIGHTS AGREEMENT WITH
REST ON THE (FINGERS) PARKING LOT
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San
Francisco approved an ExDlusive Negotiating Rights Agreement with
REST Investments for the purpose of developing a 100 space parking
structure on a site near Airport Boulevard adjacent to the City's
treatment plant property; and
WHEREAS, an extension of the Exclusive Rights Agreement is
necessary to complete the environmental determination for the
project.
NOW THEREFORE, the Executive Director of the Redevelopment
Agency of the City of South San Francisco does hereby approve
extension of the Exclusive Negotiating Rights Agreement with REST
Investments.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on
the 26th day of June , 1996 by the following
vote:

FIRST ADDENDUM TO EXCLUSIVE NEGOTIATING
RIGHTS AGREEMENT BETWEEN REST INVESTMENT,
THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, AND THE
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
P.ELATED TO THE"FINGERS" PORTION OF ASSESSORS PARCEL
MAP NO. 015-180-020
This First Amendment to the Exclusive Negotiating Rights Agreement ("Agreement") is
entered into as of this ~ day of Sune, 1996, by and between REST Investment, a California
Partnership, (hereinafter "REST"), the City of South San Francisco, a Municipal Corporation
(hereinafter "City") and the South San Francisco Redevelopment Agency, a Public Body Corporate
and Politic, hereinafter "Agency"). This First Amendment mends the Exclusive Negotiating
Rights Agreement first entered into on November ,1995 (the "Agreement") between REST,
City and Agency as follows:
1. The term of the Agreement is hereby extended and shall continue for one hundred
twenty (I 20) days from the date of this Amendment.
2. No other provision of the Agreement, except as otherwise provided in this
Amendment, is altered or revised, and all other provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full
force and effect.
