A RESOLUTION 0F THE CITY COUNCIL 0F TEE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
DIRECTING THE ~ILING OF A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE SOUTWERN PACIFIC
COMPANY AND SOUTH SAN FRA/~CISCO RAILROAD AND POWER COMPANY.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City' of South San Francisco tha~ the
City Attorney of said City be, and he is hereby directed to prepare and file with the
Railroad Commission of the State of California, a complaint against the Southern
Pacific Company and SoUth San Francisco Railroad and Power Company on account~ of
the interference with the vehicular traffic on Grand Avenue at Swift Avenue, by
reason of the open intersection of the rails of the Bayshore line of the Southern
Pacific Company with the rail~ of Said South San Francisco Railroad and Power Company
on said Grand Avenue.
The Mayor of said City is hereby authorized and directed in the name of
said City of South San Francisco to sign such complaint.

I hereby cer$ify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this l?th day
of December, 1929, by the following vote:
