HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 290D-1930 (412B)276 RESOLUTION "D" WEERF~%S iht City of South San Francisco has no public swimming pool; NOW, THDREPORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco as follows: First: It is hereby determined that public interest and necessity demand the acquisition, construction and completion by said City of South San Francisco of a public swimming pool and the acquisition of a site on which to construct such public ~wimming ~ool; Second: It is hereby determined that the cost of the acquisition, con- struction and' completion of a public swimming pool and. the acquisition of the necessary site on which to construct such swimning pool will be too great to be paid out of the ordinzry annual revenue of said City of South San Francisco, and will, in addition to the other expenditures of said City of South San Francisco, exceed the revenue for uny one year. -O-0-O-0-O-O- I hereby certify t~hat the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this SEnd day of January, 1950, by the following vote, the same being not less than two-thirds of ~ll the members of said City Council: Ayes, Councilmen A.
