RETURNS OF GEi'~ERAL ~UNICIPAL ELECTION H~LD
IN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FR~NCISC0 ON APRIL
14th, 19Z0.
WHERF~%S a general municipal election was held in and through the City of
South San Fr~ncisco on the 14th day of April, 19S0, for the election of two (2)
members of the City Council of said City of South San Francisco ; and
WHE~S notice of said election was duly s, nd legally given; and
WHEREAS the City Clerk of said City has duly presented to the City Counci~
of said City of South San Francisco, all the returns of the votes cast at said
election; and
WHERF~S said City Council has inspected and examined all said returns;
NOW, THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the City Council of said City of South San
Francisco, that said City Council finds as i'ollows:
The whole nu~nber of votes cast in said City of South San Francisco is
fourteen hundred ~nd sixty-two 11~62); the names of the persons voted for in said
general municipal election s~re as follows, to-wit: For member of the City Council
of said City, full term, Victor Boido, Albert Joseph Eschelbach, Andrew Hynding and
Joseph Patrick Quinlan.
That in Consolidated Voting Precinct "A", the number of votes given to
the persons voted for in said precinct, are as follows:

That said City Council of the City of South San Fra'ncisco hereby declares
that Victor Boido and Joseph Patrick Quinlan were duly elected at said general muni-
cipal election as members of the City Council of said City of South San Francisco.
The City Clerk is hereby ordered to issue certificates of election to said Victor
Bodio and Joseph Patrick Quinlan.
