RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED FROM SOUTH SAN FI%~NCISC0
LAND AND IMP~0VE~LENT CO}MANY.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San-Francisco,
that the deed of South San Francisco Land and Improvement Company dated Nay l?th,
1930, and ~onveying to said City of South San Francisco all'that certain tract
or parcel of land situated in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo,
State of California, and particularly described as follows, to-wit:
BEGINNING at the most northerly corner of that certain 5.849
acre tract described in deed from South San Francisco Land and Improvement
Company to the Robert Dollar Company, recorded in Volume 436 of Official Records
of San Mateo Cgunty at page 89; running thence from said point of beginning along
the southwesterly line of Linden Avenue North 64° 28' 24" West ?.27 feet; thence on
the arc of a curve to the right having a radius of 405 ~feet a distance of 5.51 feet;
thence southeasterly on the arc of a curve to'the right having s radius of 20 feet
a distance of 10.85 feet; said curve being tangent at its point of beginning to a
line bearing South 63o 41' 40" East; thence along the northerly~line of said 5.849
acre tract North 65o 20' 42" East 3.89 feet to the point of beginning.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
this 3rd day of June, 1930, by the following vote:
