RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED TO
HUNTINGTON AVEN~E EAST
NO. 70.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the
deed of South San Francisco Land and Improvement Company dated May 20th, 1930,
and conveying to said City of South San ~rancisco all that certain tract or parcel
~of land situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of
California, and~ particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at a point on the northerly line of Tanforan Avenue, said point
being ~he southwesterly corner of that certain parcel of land deeded to H. F. Sharp
by the South San Francisco Land and Improvement Company, recorded July 19, 1922,
in San Mateo County Records. Said point of beginning beging North 24° 39' 18"
West 60.2 feet and North 65o 20' 42" East 35 feet from the northwest corner of
Block l, Fifth Addition to San Bruno as the same is shown on that certain m~p filed
for record November 12, 1906 in Book 4 of Maps at page 42 San Eateo County Records;
running thence North 24° 39' 18" West along the lands .of H. F. Sharp and said line
produced northerly, said line being also 60 feet distant 'measured at right angles
and parallel.to the easterly line of the Southern Pacific Company's Valencia Branch
Right of Way a dist~uce of 546.91 feet more or less to the easterly line of that
certain Right of Way granted to the Southern Pacific Company by the South San Fran-
cisco Land and Improvement Company and recorded July 18, 1927, at page 449 in
Volume 292, San Mateo County Official Records, thence southerly along said east-
erly line'of the Southern Pacific Company's Right of Way to its intersection with
the easterly line of the Southern Pacific Company's Valencia Br~nch Right of Way.
Thence along the easterly line of the Southern Pacific Company's Valamcia Branch
Right of Way to its intersection-with the northerly lin, of ~anforan Avenue.
Thence along the northerly line of Tauforan Avenue, North 65~'20' 42" East 60.0 feet
to the point of beginning,
be, and the same hereby is accepted for the purposes se~ forth in said deed.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intrSduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this Zrd day
