RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of~ South Sam ~rancisco
tha~ the land situated in the City of South Sam ~raucisco, County of San Mateo, State
of California, and particularly described as follows:
PARCEL ONE.
A strip of land 60 feet in width~adjacent and parallel to the westerly right
of way line of the Southern Pacific Company's line known as the Bay Shore cut-off,
extending from a line parallel with and distant 60.2 feet measured at right angles
northerly from the northerly line and its extension easterly of that certain sub-
division as shown on that Map entitled "Map of Blocks l, 2 & 3, San Bruno Park
5th Addition, San Mateo Co., Cal." as filed for record November 12th,~ 1906, in
Volume B of Maps at page ll, San Mateo County Records, and extending northerly to the
southerly line of Linden Avenue.
PARCEL TW0.
BEGINNING at the most northerly corner of that certain 5.849 acre tract
described in deed from South San Francisco Land and Improvement Company to the
Robert Dollars Company, recorded in Volume 436 of 0fficial'Records of San Mateo
County at page 89; running thence from said point of beginning along the easterly
boundary line of said parcel southerly on the arc of a curve to the left,having a
radius of 5839.6~ feet, a distance of 1~.97 feet; thence leaving s~id easterly
boundary line northerly On the ~rc of a curve to the left having a r~dius of 20
feet, a distance of 11.95 feet, said curve beging tangent at its point of beginn-
ing to a line bearing North 1° ~7' 38" East; thence along the northerly boundary
line of said 5.849 acre tract North 65° 20' 42" East ~.89 feet to the point of
beginning,
be, and the same hereby are designated as Dollar Avenue.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 3rd
