EAST.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the
land situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San N~teo, State of
C&l~fornia, and particularly described as follows, to-wit;
Beginning at ~a point on the norhterly lime of~Tanforan Avenue, said
point being the southwesterly corner of that certain parcel of land deeded to
H. F. Sharp by the South San Francisco Land and Improvement Company, recorded
July 19, 1922, in S~u Mateo County Records. Said point of beginning being
North 24o 39' 18" West 60.2 feet and North 6~° 20' 42" East 3~ feet from the
northwest corner of Block l, Fifth Addition to San Bruno as the same is shown on
that certain map .filed for record November 12, 1906, ~n Book 4 of Maps at page
42 San Mateo County Records; Running thence North 24 39' 18" West along the
lands of H. F.. Sharp and said line produced northerly, s~id line being also
60 feet distant measured at right angles and parallel to the easterly line of
the Southern Pacific Company's Valencia Branch Right of Way a distance of §46.91
feet,more or less to the easterly line of that certain Right of Way granted to
the Southern Pacific Comp_~y by the South San Francisco Land and Improvement
Company and recorded July 18, 1927, at page 449 in Volume 292, San Mateo County
Official Records, thence southerly along said easterly line of the Southern
Pacific Company's Right of Way to its intersection with the easterly line of
the Southern Pacific Company's Valencia Branch Right of Way. T~ence along
the easterly line of the Souterhn Pacific Company's V~_~lencia Branch Right of
Way to its in'tersection with the ~ northerly line of Tanfor~n Avenue. Thence
along the northerly line of Tanforan Avenue, North 6§° 20' 42" East 60.0 feet
to the point of beginning,
for which a deed has been received by said City of South San Francisco from
South San Francisco Land and Improvement Company, for~ the purposes of a public
highway, be, and the same hereby is designated as Huntington Avenue East.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City~Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 3rd
day of jUne, 19~0, by the following vote:
