RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED FOR SEWER IN BIRCH AVENUE.
RES0~,VED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco ~that the deed of South
San Francisco Land and Improvement Company dated June End, 19Z0, and conveying to said City
of South San Francisco all that certain tract or parcel of land situate in the City of
South San Francisco, County of San Nateo, State of California, and particularly described
as follows, to-wit:
A strip of land six ~6) feet in width lying three ~3) feet on each side of the follow-
ing described centerline:
BEGINNING at a point which is described as the intersection o~ a line drawn parallel
to and 3 feet northerly at right angles from the southerly line ef Block 8 as said Block
is designated on that certain map entitled "Park Way Terrace, South San ~rancisco, Cal.~
which map was filed for record in the Office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo,
State of California, December 23, 19£6, in Volume 14 of Naps at pages 83 and 64 thereof,
with a line drawn parallel with and l~ feet easterly £rom the westerly line of Birch
Avenue as said Avenue is shown on the Map ablve referred to.
RUNNING thence from said point of beginning in a southerly direction to a point
in Spruce Avenue as said Avenue appears on that certain map entitled "Map of High School
Addition to South San ~rancisco", which map was filed for record in the- 0ffice of the Re-
corder of the Oounty of San Mateo, State of California, Nay l?, 191~, in Volume l0 of
Naps at page l~ & 18 thereof, which point is described as the intersection of a line
drawn parallel'with and ~ feet at right angles southeasterly from ~the southeasterly ~ine
of Block 9 as said Block is shown on that last mentioned map with a line drawn parallel
with and 18 feet easterly from the easterly line of the South San Francisco High School
Property,
be, and the same hereby is accepted for the purposes ~et forth in said deed.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the ~ity Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 3rd day o~ June, 1930, by
