RESOLVED by the City Council of,the City of South San Francisco ~that Resolution
of Intention No. 70 entitled "~% resolution of the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco declaring its intention to improve Linden Ave~e from the northerly
line of Railroad Avenue tc the Bay Shore Line of the Southern Pacific Company,
Dollar Avenue, and Portion of Tanforan Avenue, and Huntington Avenue East, in said
City of South San Francisco," passed and adopted by the City Co~uucil of the City of
South San Francisco on the 3rd day of June, 1930, be, and the same is vacated and
set aside.
