RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the deed
of THE ROBERT DOLLAR CO. dated~ay lSth, 1930, and conveying to said City of South
San Francisco all. that certain ~ract or parcel o~ land situate in the City of
South S~nFrancisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, and particularly
described as follows, to-wit:
BEGINNIN~ at the most northerly corner of that certain 5.8~9 ac~e tract
described in deed~from South San Francisce Land and Improvement Company to the
Robert Dollar bo., recorded in Volume ~36 of Official Records of San Mateo.County
at Page 89; running thence from said point of beginning along the easterly h~und-
ary line of said parcel southerly on the arc of a curve to the left, having a
radius of 5839.65 feet, a distance of 12.97 feet; thence leaving said easterly
boundary line northerly on the arc of a curve to the left having a radius of
20 feet, a distance of 11.95 feet, said curve being tangent at its point of
beginning to a line bearing North Io J?' 38" East; thence along the northerly
bobndary line of s~id ~.8~9 acre tract North 6~ 20' ~2" East 3.89 feet to the
point of beginning,
be, and the same hereby is accepted for the purposes set forth in said deed.
