RESOLVED by bhe City Council of the City of South Ban Francisco, sitting as
board' of equalization, as
The request of Joseph Reichel for a reduction of the assessed valuation of the
Golden Eagle Hotel property is hereby denied;
The request of R. Corradetti and N. Corradetlli for a reduction of the assessed
validation of Lot No.
hereby denied;
The assessed valuation of the personal property of the Industrial City Lumber
Common, ny i~ hereby reduced from Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12000.005 to Six Thousand
Dollars I$6000.00~
The assessed valuation of the improvements on the land of California Iron yards
Corporation (Maurice.R. Learner and Wm. ~x0senthal~ is hereby reduced from Three
Thous~nd Dollars 15~000.00~ to Fifteen Hundred Dollars I$1~00.00);
The ~ssessed valuation of the 1~ acre tract.o£ the Metal-and Thermit Corporation
is hereby reduced from Fifteen Hundred ]~oll~rs ($1800.00~ per acre to One Thousand
Dollars ($1000.00~ per acre and the assessed w~luation of the per.~ons~l property of

Except for the ohanges herein made, the assessment roll prepared and presented
to this Board of Equalization by the City Clerk of the City of South San Francisco,
for the fiscal year commencing on the 1st dayof July, 1950, and end ins on the 50th
