WHEREAS certain installments of principal and interest which have hitherto
become due upon the assessments hereinafter mentioned have not been paid, nor hms any
portion thereof been paid, ~,~,~hich assessments are portions of the assessment issued on
the £?th day of .June, 1917, by the SUperintendent of Streets of the City qf South
San Francisco on account of the street improvement work described in Resolution of
Intention No. 25, passed and adopted by the Board of Trnstees of the City of South
San Francisco on the 1st day of May, 1916, to which reference is hereby made, said

Said lot and block numbers are shown upon that certain map entitled
"Section West of Railroad of Town of Baden", which map was filed in the office
of the County Recorder of the County of San Nateo, California, November 3Oth,
1891, in ¥olume "E" of Naps at page 62.
It is hereby resolved by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Attorney be, and he is hereby authorized and directed,
in the name of said City of South San Francisco, to commence suit in the Superior
Court of the Sta~e of California, in and for the County of San Nateo~ ~o foreclose
the respective liens of the unpaid portions of the assessments hereinbefore
mentioned, The City ~lerk is hereby authorized an& directed to verify all ~
complaints which may be prepared to foreclose said liens.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly in-
troduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
this 15th day of September, 19~0, by the following vote:
