RESOLUTION ACC-EPTING DEED 0F THE ENTERPRISE FOUNDRY COMPANY
CONVEYING RIGHT 0F WAY TO THE CITY 0F SOUTH SAN ~RANCISC0.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San ~rancisco that,
the deed 'e~ecuted by the Enterprise Foundry Company, a corporation, to the City
of South San Franciscq, a municipal corporation, on the 7th day of August, 19~9,
wherein a right of way for the construction and maintenance of a sewer or sewers
for drainage and sanitary purposes, across and through that certain tract or
parcel of land situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo,
State of California, and particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at a point on the line which divided the .lands of the
'Enterprise Foundry Company from the Southern Pacific Company's right of way
in the City of South San Francisco, California, said point being distant
South 5?° ~' 40" West 1~.54 feet from the most southerly corner of that
parcel of land conveyed to the Sierra and San Francisco Power Company by
Lloyd B. Ham and Helen M. Ham, his wife, and the Enterprise Foundry Company,
as recorded in Volume ll4 of Official Records at page Z4¢, San Mateo County

Rfi~ing thence from said point of beginning along the line dividing
the Southern Pacific Company's right Of way from the lands of the Enterprise
Foundry Company South ~ ~ 0 West ~.5~ feet; thence North 18° 51' 05"
West 86.60 feet; thence North gl° West ~1..9¢ feet to the southwesterly line
of the Sierra and San Francisco Power Company's land; thence along said last
mentioned line South 390 50' 46" East ~6.~ feet; thence South 2Z° 67' 39" East
61.8~ feet to the SoUthern Pacific Company's right of way line and the point of
beginning.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
