LICENSE AGREEI~IENT.
RESOL~ED By the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the
license agreement executed by the Southern Pacific Company, a corporation, to the
City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, on the 1st day of October,
1929, wherein provision is made for the construction, re-construction, main-
tenance and operation of two (2) 4' x 8' storm water conduits and one (1) 15'
sanitary sewer pipe across the portion of the right of way of said Southern
Pacific Company situate in the City of South San Francisco and described as
follows :'
Beginning at a point on the northwesterly line of Southern Pacific
Company's right of way (as acquired by deed dated July Zlst, 1906 South San
Francisco Land and Improvement Company to Southern Pacific Company and record-
ed August 16th, 1906, in Deed Book 122 at page 524 San Eateo County Records)
said ~ b~ing distant N. 3~° Z2' 40" E. ~54.023 feet from' the intersection
of said right of way line with the northerly line of Cedar Avenue; thence
across Southern Pacific Company's right of way S. 21o 00' E. 47.230 feet to
a point; thence in a southerly direction on the arc of a~curve, concave to
the right, having a radius of 288.00 feet and whose tangent at said point
is the last described course, for an arc distance of 14~.850 feet to a point;
thence compounding to a~curve, radius 100.50 fee~, concave to the right, for
an arc distance of 27.8~5 feet to a point, on the southeasterly line of South-
ern Pacific Company's right of way; thence along last mentioned right of way
line N. ~?o Z2' 40" E. ~9.921 feet to a point; thence in a northerly direction
on the arc of'a curve, concave to the left,-having a radius of 315~.00 feet
and whose tangent at said point bears N. o~ 10' 23" E. for an ~rc distance of
132.599 feet to a point; thence N. 21° 00' W. 65.747 feet to a point on said
northwesterly right of way line; thence along said northwesterly right of way
line S. Z?° 32' 40" W. Z1.651 feet to the point of beginning and containing
mn area of 5524.6 square feet; more or less,~
