REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONSULTANT SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH MOREHOUSE AND ASSOCIATES FOR ENVIRONMENTA?. SERVICE
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the South San Francisco desires
preparation of an environmental study related to the proposed development at
the Shearwater Site;
WHEREAS, the applicant will reimburse the Agency for the costs of
preparing the study;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City
of South San Francisco that:
1. The Executive Director is authorized and directed to execute on
behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of South San Francisco an amendment to the
contract between the Redevelopment Agency of South San Francisco and Morehouse
and Associates increasing the compensation to a total contract amount not to
exceed $107,117.51.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco at
a regu]ar meeting held on the 9th day of 0ctobp~ , 1996 by the
