ACCEPTING CONVETANCE 0F RIGHT 0F ~AY FOR SEWER PURPOSES BY SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO BELT RAILWAY.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
said City hereby accepts the conveyance by South San francisco Belt Railway of a
right of way to construct and maintain and ~se a sewer or sewers upon that certain
tract of land situate in the City of South Sau Francisco, County of San N~teo, State
of California and particularly described as follows, to-wit:
A strip of land 20 lest,wide, measured l0 feet at right angles on
either side of the following described center line:
Beginning at a point in the northerly line of the South San francisco
Belt Railway's right of way, said point being distant North 89° 52' 30" East 9Z.89
feet and South 16 13' 25" East 945.90 feet from the intersection of the southerly
line of Swift Avenue and the easterly line of the Southern Pacific~ Compeaxy's right
of way in the City of South San Franciscq running thence from said point of. beginning
South 16° 13' 2~" East 156,16 feet to the sGutherly line of the South San Francisco
'Belt Railway's right of w~y.
The Mayor of said City of South San Francisco and the City Clerk 0f said
City ~re hereby authorized and directed in the name of said City of South San Francisco
and under its corporate se~l to ezecute the indenture ' between said South Sram~ francisco
Belt Railway ~nd said City of South San Francisco wherein said conveyance is made,

I hereby certify that the foregoing rezolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 18th day
