NO. 66
WHER:?~S, George A. Eneese, Superintendent of Streets of the City of
South San Fraucisco did, on the ll~h day of September, 19Z0, duly file with the
City Clerk of said City an assessment covering the im?roven~ent work described
in Resolution of I~tention No. 66, passed and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco, on the 24th day of June, 19£9; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk thereupon duly fixed l~onday, the 6th day of
October, 19ZO, and the Council Chamber of the City Council of said City, in
the City Hall, as the 'time and place, when and where all persons interested
in the work done under said assessment, or in said assessment, shall be heard.
by said City Council; amd
WHERF~.S no p~rson has at any time appealed to the City C'ouncil
of said City of South San Frencisco, or made objections in writing or other-
~vise to said assess~ent;
RESOLVED by said City Council that said assessment hereinbefore
referred to be, and the same is hereby ~pproved and confirmed.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
this 6th day of October, 19Z0, by the following vote:
