~ NO. 68
WHEREAS, George A. Kneese, Superintendent of Streets of the City of South
San Francisco did, on the llth day of September, 1930, duly file with the City
Clerk of said City an assessment covering the improvement work described in
Resolution of Intention No. 68, passed and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San ~rancisco, on the 18th day of November, 19a9; and
WHEREAS the City Clerk thereupon duly fixed ~onday, the 6th day of October,
19Z0, and the Council Chamber of the City Council of said City, in the.City Hall,
as the time ~,nd place when and where all persons interested in the work done
under said assessment, or in said assessment, shall ~e heard by said City Council;
and
WHERF~S no person has at any $ime appealed to the City Council of said CiSy
of South San Francisco, or made objections in writing or otherwise to said assess-
ment';
RESOLVED by said City Codicil that said assess~,ent hereinbefore referred to
be, and the same is hereby approved and confirmed.

I hereby eertify that the foregoing z-esolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 6th day of
October, 19~0, by the following vote:
