COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0F SOUTH SAN

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of South San Francisco that the
Mayor and Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized, empowered and directed, for
and on its behalf, and in its name and under its corporate seal,, to enter ihto
and execute with the PACIFIC GAS ~ND ELECTRIC COMPANY aud THE PACIFIC TELEPHONE
AND TELEGRA?H COMPANY, that certain agreement which relates to the permi~ssion
given by said Companies to said City to use certain jointly owned poles of said
Companies for the purpose of maintaining the latter's fire ~larm circuits and
which has been submitted by said Companies at this meeting to this said Council.
Adopted on the 2nd day of February, 1931, by the following votes:
Ayes, Councilmen, V. Boido, R. Lloyd, M. Minucciani, R. Tibbetts, Jos. P. Quin2an
Noes, Councilmen None
Absent, C ounci linen None
I, the undersigned, do hereby certify that I am the duly elected, qualified
and. ac. ting Clerk of the City of South San ~rancisco, a municipal corporation; that
the above and foregoing is a full, true and correct copy of a resolution which was
duly adopted by the Council' of the said City at a regular meeting of &aid Council
which was duly and regularly held on the 2nd day of February, 19~1; that at said
meeting a majority of the members constituting said Council was present and voted
in favor of the adoption of said resolution; ~nd that the same has never been
amended, revoked or repealed, but is still in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WPH~REOF on this 2nd day of February, 1931, I have hereunto set
my hand and affixed the corporate seal of said CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO.
