IN THE MATTER OF THE CONSTR'~TION OF TRAFFIC SIGNALS AT THE INTERSECTION
OF GRAND AVEd~JE WITE LINDEN AVENUE, .AlfD AT THE INTERSECTION OF GRAND AVENUE
WITH SAN BRUNO ROAD, IN THE CITY 0F SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO.
RESOLUTION OF AWARD
WHEREAS the Cit~ Council of the City of Soul~h San Francisco did, in open session
on the 16th day of February, 1931, publ'icly open, examine and declare all sealed
proposals or bids for the construction of traffic signals at the intersection of
Grand Avenue with Linden Avenue and at the intersection of Grand Avenue with San
Bruno Rozd, in the City of South San Frkucisco in accordance with the plans and
specifications adopted on the 22nd day bf January, 195l, for said work by said City
Comlcil, which plans and specifications are now on file in the office of the City
Clerk of said City;
RES01,VED that said City Council hereby rejects all said proposals or bids except
that next hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for the construction
of said traffic signals to City Improvement Co. at the pr,ices names in its bid, to-
wit, Eighteen Hundred and Ninety-seven Dollars ($1897J
The Mayor of said City and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed in
the name of said City of South San Francisco .and under its corporate seal to~ enter
into an agreement with said City Improvement Co. in accordance with the provisions
of this resolution.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Comucil of the City of South San Francisco, this 18th day of
February, 1931, by the following vote:
