WHEREAS Thomas Quinlan was a brother of Joseph Quinlan, llayor of
the City of South San Francisco;
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisce
that the sympathy of this City Council be, and the same hereby is extend-
ed to Joseph P. Quinlan and the other members of his family in their hour
of S OITOW.
