LAND AND IMPROVEMENT COMPANY P0R STREET NEAR GROWERS'
RICE MILLING COMPANY.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San ~rancisco that, that cer-
tain deed dated the 24th day of March, 1931, wherein South Ss~ Francisco Land and
Improvement Company, a corporation, dedicates to the City of South Sau ~rancisco
for the purposes of a public highway, all that certain tract or parcel of land
situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Marco, State of Calif-
ornia, and particularly described as follows, to-wit:
BEGINNING at the northwesterly corner of that certain 6.06
acre parcel conveyed by the South San ~rancisoo rand & Im-
provement Company, a corporation, to American Marble &
Mosaic Company by deed dated April 17, 1919 and recorded
April 28, 1919, in Libor 278 of Deeds at page 4~1, San Mateo
County Records, which said point bears South 61,91 feet and
West 1872.5~ feet from a granite monument set 10 chains
North of the corner common to Sections 22, 23, 26 and 27
Township 3 South, Range 5 West, Mount Diablo Base & Meridian;
thence South 392.49 feet along the westerly line of said 6.06
acre parcel to the southwesterly corner thereof; thence West
50 feet to the southeasterly corner of that certain 2.235 acre
parcel conveyed by the South Sam Francisco rand & Improvement
Company, a corporation, to Growers Rice Milling Co., a
California Corporation, by deed dated July 24 1918 and
recorded September 7, 1918, in Libor 2?6 of Deeds at page
133, San Mateo COunty Records$ thence North'392.34 feet
along the easterly line of Said last mentioned parcel to
the northeasterly' corner thereof; thence North 890 55'
28" East 50 feet to'the point of beginning.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 6th
