RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEE]) FROM SOUTE SAN FRANCI~C0 LAND
AND IMPROVEMENT COMPANY FOR STREET NEAR GROWERS' RICE
MILLING C0MPANY~.
RESOLVED by the City COuncil of the City of South San Francisco that, that
certain deed dated the 24th day of March', 1931', wherein South San Fra~cieoO Land aud
ImprOVement Company, a corp, oration, dedicates to the City of South San Francisco for
the j~urposes of a public highway, all that certain tract or parcel of land situate
in the City of South' San ~rancieco, Oount~ of San Mateo, State of California, and
particularly described as follows, to-w~t:
BEG'INNING at a point on the Southwesterly line of ~wift
Avenue which point is distant North 238.64 feet and West
1744.65 feet from a granit~ monument set 10 chains north
of the corner comon 4o Sections 22, 23, 26 and 2V Township
~ Bough, Rap. ge 5 West, Mount Diablo Base & lgeridia~, said
point being the most northerly corner of tha~ certain
acre parcel conveyed by the South San Prancisco LAnd and
Improvement Cbmpahy, a California Corporation. by deed dated
DecemBer 29, 1924, and recorded February lA, 1925 in Liber
152 of Official Records at page 401, San Narco County Re-
c~ds; thence -from said point of beginning South 340 58'
27" West 22Z;10 feet an~ South 57.76 feet along the north-
westerly and westerly lines of the above mentioned 1.342
