All of the herein proposed work of abating said nuisance shall be done in pursuance of an act of the ~egislature of the State of California entitled"An act authorizing municipalities to declare noxious or dangerous weeds growing upon the streets or sidewalks, or upon private property within municipalities, to be a public muisance, creating a lien upon the property fronting upon such streets or sidewalks or upon which such nuisance exists for the cost of abating the same", approved May 26, 1915. ~ hereby certify that 'the 'foregoing resolution 'of intention was regularly introduced and a~opte~ by the City Council of the City of South San ~rancisco, this 6th day of April, 1931, by the following vote: Ayes, Con~cilmen V. ~oi~o, R.
