WHEREAS the City Council of the City of South San Francisco did, on the 6th day of April, 19Z1, pass its resolution of intention to abate the nuisance caused by weeds growing upon the streets in said resolution of intention described; and WHEREAS notices headed "Notices to Destroy Weeds," have been conspicuously posted in front of all the property in front of which said weeds are growing, in the manner and form required by law, except on the portions of A Street, B Street, C Street and D Street extending southerly from the rig~ht of way of the Southern Pacific Railroad Company, and the portions of 1st Street, 2nd Street and 3rd Street extending westerly from said right of way, and five (§1 days have elapsed since the completion of the pesting of said notices;~and ~ WHEREAS no person has objected or protested against the proposed removal of said weeds; RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the Street Superintendent of said City be, and he is hereby ordered to abate said nuisance by having the weeds referred to in said resolution of intention removed, except upon those streets hereinbefore named on which notices were not posted. -- 0-0-0-0-0-0-0--0- I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of So~th San Francisco, this 13th day of May, 1931, by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen R.
