RESOLUTION REFERRING NA]F O~ PARKWAY
TEl{RACE NAP NO. ~, TO CITY ENGINEER.
WHEREAS South Sa~ Francisco Land and Improvement Oompsmy, a COll~p~ation
organized and existing under the laws of the State of California, has laid out
into lots a traut or subdivision of land lying within the City of South San
Francisco in the County of San Marco, State of California, and has caused an
accurate map to be ma_de of said tract or subdivision of land fc~ the purpose
of selling lots by reference to said map; and
WHEREAS said ~outh San ~ranctsco Land and Improvement Company, the
owner of said land, proposes to file said map in the office of the County Re-
corder of the County of San Mateo; and
WHEREAS said South San Francisco Land and Improvement Coml~z~y has pre-
sented said map to the City Council of the City of South San ~ranctsco f= the
approval of said City Council, as required by law;
RE3OL'VED By the City Council of the City of South San ~rancisee that
said map be, and the same hereby is referred to the Ci~ Engineer ~ the. City of
South San ~ranclsce f~ his consideration, there being not City Planning
Commission in said City,
