organized and existing under the laws of the State of California, as owner, has laid
out into lots a tract or subdivision of land lying within the Cit~ of South San Fran-
cisco, County o~T San ~ateo, State of California, and has caused an accurate map to
be made of said tract or subdivision for the purpose of selling lots by reference
to' said map, which said map-has been designated as "PARKWAY ,TERRACE I~Ap NO. 2"; and
WHEREAS said South San Francisco Land and Improvement Company, the owner
f said tract, proposes to file said map in the office of the County Recorder of the
ounty of San Mateo; and
WHEtb~JAS said map has heretofore been referred to the City Engineer of
said. City of South San FranciSco for his consideration; and
WHEREAS said City Engineer has made his report in writing to the City
Council of the City of South Ban Francisco, as required by ]aw, in which report
said map is approved, which report is now on file in the office of the City Clerk
of said City; and ~
WtiEF~F.~S said City Council has fully considered the report of said City
Engineer and said map; ~
Pd~SOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
said map be, and the same hereby is awproved.
The City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to indorse upon said
map a statement that said map has been approved by said City Council.
