the City Engineer ' of said City be, and he is hereby directed to p~epare plans
and sp~ecifications for the construction and installation of. a system of double
light cast iron electroliers on Grand Avenue between the West line of Division
Street and the East line of Spruce Avenue, and also a set of plans and
specifications for the construction and installation of double light cast iron
el ectroliers from the west line of Spruce Avenue to the East line of Mission
Road in said City of South San Francisco.
