RESOL~TION DULY ADOPTED BY THE CIT~ COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S 0UTH ~AN FRANC I SCO.. .
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of EOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
~th&t the ~ayer and Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized, empowered
and directed, for and on its beh. alf; and in its name and under its cor-
porate seal, to enter into and execute with the 'PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTEI¢
COMPANY and the SOUTH ~.~AN FRANCISCO RAILROAD AND POWER COMPANY, that oer-
tain-agree~ent which relates to the permission given by ~ai~ companies to
said City to use certain Jointly owned pol~s of said Comv~anies for the
purpose of maintaining wires and equipment of ~aid city thereon, and
which has been submitted by s~id Companies at this meeting to this said
Council.
