BE IT[RES0LvED b2 the Council of the City of SOUTH SAN ~RANCISCO
that the Mayor and Clerk be, and they are here. by authorized, empowered.
and directed; for a~d on its behalf: and in its name and under its cor-
porate seal, to enter into and execute with the PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC
COMPARe, THE SOUTH SAN FRANCI~CL RAII~ROAD AND POWER C0;APANY and the
WESTERN UNION TELEGRAPH COMPANY, that certain agreement Which relates to
the permission given by said Companies to said City to use certain Jointly
owned poles of said Companies for the purpose of maintaining wires and
equipment of said c~ity thereon, and which has been submitted by said
Companies at this meeting to this said Council.
Adopted on the 6th day of July, 19Z1, by the following votes:
Ayes, Councilmen V. Boido,,M. ~inucciani, R. Ttbbetts, Jos. P. Quinlan
Noes, Councilmen None
Absent, Councilmen R. Lloyd.
