the plans and specifications for the improvement of the portion of Grand Avenue
from the westerly 2ins of Division. Street to the westerly line of Spruce Avenue
an'd the portion of Sy:ruce Avenue from the northerly line of Gra~nd Avenue to a
line dr~wn p8r~llel with the northerly ~ine of Grand Avenue at a.distance of
twenty-five (2~j feet ~t right ~ngles noztherly therefrom, in said City of South
Ban Francisco, submitted by the City Engineer of said City for s~id work be, ~nd
the same hereby are adopted as ~.nd for ~he plan~ ~nd rpecifications ~or the ~'.er-
for~ance of said work.
