REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO REPAYMENT
AGREEMENT FOR CAMINO CORRIDOR
WHEREAS, The current cap on this advance is $793,643 which was
established in December of 1994; and
WHEREAS, As of June 30, 1996, expenditures total $793,093.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Redevelopment Agency of South
San Francisco:
Authorizes execution of an amendment to repayment agreement between the
Redevelopment Agency and the City to increase advances to a total of
$1,000,000 from the General Fund to the E1 Camino Corridor project area
to cover anticipated expenditures for fiscal year 1996 -97.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco at
a r~lJ]ar meeting held on the 23rd day of October 23, 1996 by the
following vote:
AYES: Boardmembers Joseph A. Fernekes, Eugene R. Mullin, John R.
Penna, Robert Yee and Chairman Jack Draqo
