RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING ~,iONEY FOR THE PU.RPOSE OP THE
SAN D~TEO COUN~ C~R~E., 2TU~ COmmITTEE.
WHEREAS a committee has been appointed from various part os the County of
San Mateo for the purpose of procuring and compiling material to be offered for the pre-
paration of a charter for said County of Ssn Mmteo, which committee is known as the
County Cha~'ter Study Committee: and
WHEREAS the City CounCil of the City of South ~an Francisco believe that the
work of said County Charter Study Committee will serve a pu.b]ic purpose arid will be
advanta.geous to the people of said County of San ~lateo and that said work will be
beneficial to the.residents and tax pa~yers of said City of South Ssn Francisco;
IiE~0L~ED by the City Council of said City of South San Francisco that the
sum of Twenty-five Dollars ($25,00) per month for each of the six (6} months,
commencing with the month of January, 19Z2, be, and the same is hereby appropriated
to the use of sa~d County Charter Study COn~nittee to said in defraying the expenses
of said comm. ittee which are necessar2 in procuring and compillnff material for a
charter for said County of San Mateo.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to draw a warrant, to be signed by the
Mayor of said City, upon the treasurer of said City for the sum of Twenty-five
Dollars (~25.00) durin~ each of said months, ~nd to transmit such warrant to the
treausrer of said Char~er Study Committee.

I hereby ce~-tify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
~nd adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Prsncisco, this *th day
of January, ~9Z2, by the following vote:
