F,~ESOLUTI ON
RESOLYED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that the City Attorney be, and he hereby is authori'zed and directed to commence
an action in the r.~me of said City of South San Francisco against 0. M. Hiserman
and Hil!ary J. Furlong on account of the damage done to Fire Engine No. 2 of said
City by the negligent operation of an automobile driven against said Fire Endocrine
No. 2 by said Hillary J. Furlong on the 2nd day of January, 1932. ..

introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this
