RESOLVED by the Cit]~ Council of the City of South San Francisco that
the City Attorney be, and he is hereby authorized and directed, in the name
of said City of South San Francisco, to commence and .prosecute an action again-
st O. M. Itiserman and t~ilary J. Furlo~ to recoTer dam&gee from said O, M.
lliserman a~ad Hilary 'J. Furlong. sustained by Fire Engine ~o. 2 of said City
of South San Francisco in a collision wit~ an automobile owned by said O, M.
ltiserman and negligently driven against said Fire Engine ~o. 2 by said 9ilary
J. Furlong on the let day of January, 19~2.
